Work from home options available Permanent Part Time Contract All IT equipment provided SCHADS Level 6 + penalties + super + salary packaging About the Role The Team Leaders will work as part of the national 1800RESPECT service to provide expert client practice advice, coaching and leadership to our Specialist Counselling staff across a 24/7 roster. You will provide support and supervision/debriefing to the Specialist Counsellors on shift and be the first point of escalation for any practice or other related issues on shift or flagged through compliance and quality processes. Occasional travel may be required for training or team meetings. What we’re looking for A tertiary degree (of minimum 3 years duration) in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or relevant field Hold Professional membership of any of the following governing bodies â ACA, PACFA, AASW or AHPRA4+ years trauma specialist counselling experience or full-time equivalent experience in specialised sexual assault, domestic and family violence counselling Experience in supervision and coaching of team members Strong organisational skills Solid IT Skills High level of resilience and self-care practices in place It is a genuine requirement of this position that it be filled by a woman as permitted in sections 25, 104 and 105 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 All offers of employment are subject to satisfactory background checks, including a National Police Check, Working with Children Check, referee checks, evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations and proof of eligibility to work in Australia.
