Our Recruitment Process

You have found a vacancy you would like to apply for, now what?

  • Click on the apply button at the bottom of the advertisement
  • Submit your resume, cover letter and complete all application questions
  • Your resume should outline your work history and details of any relevant qualifications
  • Your cover letter should detail why you are interested in the role and how your skills and experience would be a good fit for the role
  • If your application has been shortlisted you will be contacted within 2 weeks of applying
  • The interview is an opportunity to share with the panel more about your transferable skills and experiences and why you would be a good fit for the position
  • Keep your answers succinct but be sure to include relevant details
  • After attending an interview you may be asked to provide 2 relevant work referees
  • These should be people who you currently or have previously reported to
  • Before providing referee details be sure to ascertain their willingness to act as a referee
  • All positions will require a working with children check and/or police check before commencing
