The Team Leaders will work as part of the national 1800RESPECT service to provide expert client practice advice and leadership to our Specialist Counselling staff.Our Team Leaders provide support and supervision/debriefing to the specialist counsellors, and is the first point of escalation for any practice or other related issues on shift or flagged through compliance and quality processes.
