Salary packaging is also available. Reporting to the Business Services Manager, the Payroll and Administration Officer position is centered around managing payroll functions and administrative tasks that support the efficient operation of our high-demand organisation. Payroll ResponsibilitiesManagement of end-to-end fortnightly payroll and salary packaging processing including report generation and timely responses to payroll related queries.Manage and support all associated payroll activities including superannuation, PAYG payments and Portable Long Service Leave reconciliation and payment.Demonstrated ability to enter data with a high degree of accuracy for fortnightly processing in Payroll systemMaintain exceptional understanding of legislation and payroll systems and adopt a continuous improvement mindset in its use to support the organisation.Administration Responsibilities Reception and clerical assistance: Manage incoming telephone and onsite visitors.Facilities Support: Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensure facilities are safe, hygienic and welcoming. Position Overview
