DVConnect will work collaboratively with Telstra Health and other partners to deliver the 1800RESPECT service on behalf of the Australian Government, ensuring that all people who access the service will be supported compassionately, triaged effectively and referred efficiently from their first contact.Tell me about the roleThis position will be responsible for the development and maintenance of all appropriate clinical practice training resources internally across the organisation and support in the induction of new staff in the National (1800RESPECT) team.This will be achieved by:Researching, designing, and delivering contemporary training of internal programsReviewing induction processes and develop training plans for new staffDevelop new training resourcesContribute to development of annual training schedule and sourcing external training where requiredImplement and undertake quality reviews across the programWhat we’re looking forA tertiary degree (of minimum 3 years duration) in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or relevant fieldExperience in DFV and/or other sectorsCert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent would be well regarded Eligible for professional membership of a relevant governing bodyIt is a genuine requirement of this position that it be filled by a woman as permitted in sections 25, 104 and 105 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991.Up to date with COVID-19 vaccinationsOn occasion you may be required to travel interstate to deliver trainingAll offers of employment are subject to satisfactory background checks, including a National Police Check, Working with Children Check, referee checks and proof of eligibility to work in Australia.Why join DVConnectAbove Award conditions including paid parental leave, additional leave provisions; improved penalty rates and more generous long service leave provisionsFamily friendly workplaceFlexible work practicesEAP support and Professional Supervision provided Competitive salary and benefits including generous salary packaging, meal and entertainment card and discount programs availableOpportunity for ongoing professional developmentInterested?
