We are the only service providing a state-wide response across Queensland through our Womensline, Mensline and Sexual Assault Helplines to meet the safety needs of those living with domestic and family violence. About the Role This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader to join our team to lead and support the delivery of DVConnect’s Mensline service. In this role you will be overseeing a dedicated team of six counsellors who in turn support clients over the phone. As Team Leader of the Mensline service your role will be to lead, coach and mentor a team of counsellors in the delivery of high-quality client services. You will provide daily operational support, leadership, coaching, decision making and learning opportunities for the team. This is a parental leave position with an 8-month full time contract, commencing March 2022.
