We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Quality & Training Specialist to join our team!Permanent Full-Time positionSCHADS Level 5 $45.22 per hour + salary packagingSuper supportive and passionate teamBased in our Brisbane office with onsite parkingThe successful candidate will research, design and deliver high-quality training; undertake quality reviews; and collaboratively contribute expertise to build capacity and support the continuous improvement and growth of our practitioners and service delivery.Responsibilities:Develop and deliver a variety of training including induction, compliance and refresher training.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, policies, and procedures, and identify opportunities for improvement.Conduct regular audits and reviews of service delivery and provide feedback.
