Full Time Permanent PositionYou will be joining a family friendly, caring and committed team.SCHADS Award level 2 + superannuation + salary packagingYour New RoleThis role will provide accounts payable and administrative assistance to meet the needs of the business and the wider practice team.  The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a positive and friendly approach, with a strong focus on internal and external customer service.  Due to the nature of our service, it can often be fast-paced and a varied role, so someone who can work well with competing priorities is essential.The role will involve:Reception/incoming calls – providing a positive experience for all who engage with our service.Providing a full range of administrative support.Accounts payable, end to end.A key part of the role is supporting the vital services our frontline team undertake, including keeping all areas of the office, including the kitchen, clean and tidy and fully stocked.Other ad hoc duties as required to support the overall administration and corporate services functions of the organisation.What does success look like in this role?Ability to manage sensitive information, maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and discretion is critical.MYOB Advance experience (highly desirable) Proven accounts payable and bank reconciliation experience (required) Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills.A natural at building relationships, you’ll possess the skills and ‘know how’ to navigate around a complex and fast paced environment and build trust quickly.High attention to detail.Sound written communication skills and interpersonalBuilt-in drive, initiative to be able to meet tight deadlines and able to absorb changing requirements as they present.Ability to prioritise work and problem solve on the go.Positive, friendly, and flexible approach with a genuine desire to support all areas of the business.Why Join DVConnect?Friendly, supportive and passionate team who are making a difference in the lives of people impacted by domestic, family and sexual violence.Family Friendly WorkplaceCompetitive salary, generous salary packaging, meal and entertainment card, and access to our Employee Assistance Program.Interest?
