The position works within an established national framework and requires the highest level of professionalism, ethical behaviour and compassion.You will:Provide appropriate trauma telephone counselling to clients of the 1800RESEPCT lineSupport our clients in managing risks and providing appropriate referralsMeet statutory obligations as mandatory reporters in cases of children at risk of harmUsing a range of computer and online programs in updating case notes and entering other statistical dataDemonstrate a commitment to the mission, vision and values of DVConnectThis is a 24/7 service and we are currently seeking to fill a variety of shifts across the week including days, evenings and overnights.
